Technical Writing
Before we had any formal technical writers at SaaSquatch, a B2B affiliate software startup, I created and maintained company-wide technical process, product and installation documentation. Using Contentful and a bit of cobbled together code, I overhauled our public knowledge base with a focus on accuracy, client accessibility, increased internal ease of upkeep, and future extensibility.
While the following samples are quite dated before I refined my voice in an official technical writing role, I’ve included them for completion and progression value:
SaaSquatch Integrations
During my tenure at SaaSquatch, I became the company Subject Matter Expert for many of our custom integrations, including our integration for Salesforce which I helped develop.
Before I worked at SaaSquatch, I had never used Salesforce (SFDC). Very quickly after onboarding, I helped develop our SFDC integration during my time as a Solutions Architect as part of custom work for a client.

SaaSquatch JavaScript SDK
As a Solutions Architect, I acted as the primary technical contact for both installations of the SaaSquatch product suite and our many APIs and SDKs, including squatch.JS.

While I served no formal technical writing role while at SaaSquatch, a core facet of my work was my focus on improving user content for both customers and colleagues.
